Description

Venaticosuchus rusconii, an ornithosuchid from the Late Triassic of Argentina (Ischigualasto formation). This 2 meter long archosaur is closely related to the scottish Ornithosuchus longidens and may have been the direct ancestor of the later Riojasuchus.
